A little bit about me...

Our experience of and interaction with the urban environment has long been a fascination of mine. My main professional interest lies in the research of this relationship between people and place, particularly as it relates to walking, wayfinding, and urban design.

With a professional background in wayfinding design and strategy, an undergraduate degree in graphic design, and a graduate degree in environmental design innovation, I thrive in blending my graphic skills with my passion for spatial design and urban life. My graduate degree in Design Innovation & Environmental Design allowed me to take a human, experience based approach to my research and develop an interdisciplinary approach to understanding the urban walking experience.

It is my belief that a cross-disciplinary team of design thinkers and engagement with communities to understand local knowledge and needs are vital to develop more sensitive and responsible design strategies. I would love to be a part of a team that shares these beliefs and is looking to creatively engage with research within professional practice.

I am continually curious to learn about the amazing work of others in this vast field, so please be in touch if you would like to chat about your own work, learn more about me, or are interested to collaborate on a project!
